Background

In July 2017 the Italian organisation Corvelva initiated a pediatric vaccine analysis project to challenge the introduction of a mandatory vaccination law for children in Italy. Corvela describes its mission and activities as follows [1]:

Corvelva is a Veneto-based association that has been fighting for freedom in the vaccine and therapeutic field since 1993; since 2017 it has expanded its work and, thanks to the support of many member families, has been able to carry out various projects, some of which are of international importance. One of these, perhaps the most impactful, was the pediatric vaccine analysis project, the subject of Law 119/2017. This law, also known as the ‘Lorenzin law’ (from the name of the then Minister of Health in office at the time), introduced in July 2017, out of the blue, 10 compulsory vaccines in the 0-16 age group and did so retroactively, thus involving tens of thousands of families who found themselves overnight ‘non-compliant’.

First Hearing

After sufficient analytical data had been collected, Corvelva filed a legal complaint in the Italian courts to challenge the Lorenzin Law. Despite attempts to dismiss this case over a period of years, a decisive hearing took place in the criminal court of Rome on Jan 25th 2023. [2]

Corvelva posted on Twitter on Jan 23rd 2023 this short summary of its objections, based on its analyses conducted, to the mandated paediatric vaccines required in Italy. (3) – English translation follows: [2]

On Wednesday 25 January we will meet again at the Criminal Court of Rome to continue the battle on the safety (and efficacy) of vaccines for paediatric use. Since 2018, every Italian and European institution has been made aware of the results of the analyses we commissioned and years later there is still no response other than a succession of blame-killers aimed at not managing the problem. Our following questions remain unanswered:

  • Are commercially available vaccines safe?
  • Are commercially vaccines effective?
  • Do vaccines on the market comply with technical data sheets and/or regulations in force?

According to what we reported, the answer to all three questions is NO, but not only this, the amount of data presented by us opens up a new and more worrying question:

  • Do the institutions operate to protect us citizens, or other subjects?

We remind everyone, especially the fans of the parliamentary commissions of inquiry, that the idea of analysing vaccines did not arise by chance, but was among the founding principles with which they established the so-called Depleted Uranium Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (Resolution of 30 June 2015). This commission also had to independently verify the composition of the vaccines to verify correspondence with the technical data sheets, but it did not do this and so we continued with those same insights that the State decided not to finance. We don’t have any kind of idea what to expect on January 25th, we can only guarantee you that we won’t give up and are determined as if it were the first day of the fight!

The judge has now ordered an official investigation into Corvelva’s analytical data and claims. [2]

Decision

The judge for preliminary hearing decided that this case will go ahead. Corvelva has reported as follows [2]:

Our vaccine analyses will have to be replicated by the NAS (Centres for Infection and Health) and RIS (Scientific Investigations Department), because they are worthy of further investigation!

On 25 January 2023, a hearing was held in Rome on the second objection to the request to dismiss our criminal complaint, presented with the findings of the Vaccinegate project: analyses commissioned by our Association to laboratories independent of pharmaceutical companies, of several lots of vaccines for paediatric use.

The Judge for Preliminary Investigations (GIP), having analysed the deeds, accepted our objection and verbalised the request for the creation of an inter-force group, Nuclei Antisofisticazione e Sanità (NAS) and/or Reparto Investigazioni Scientifiche (RIS), to examine from a scientific and instrumental point of view what are the results we presented since July 2018!
